| PIN reminder not working | |

I requested a pin reminder using the e-mail above, and received a notice not found. I registered online last year. When attempting to create new, received a message that family was already registered and to go to PIN reminder feature. Family information entered is e-mail, phone #, and my name. Please advise me on how to proceed with the online registration. Thanks, Amanda |
