  Secure/Public Settings on webpage

I added some announcements to the u15c2 webpage and labeled tham as "secure only".
However, when I login to the Secure Area of the Team page, the announcements are not visible. The announcements labeled "Public" are visible..
How do I enable these "secure" announcements for viewing in the "Secure Area"? of the team page?
I successfully used this featire last season.
