Hi There, My daughter is in the system under her fathers username and password, but now I need to get the registration in my name to make the payments and to maintain the record. How can I get access to the account or change the account into my contact information? Many Thanks, -Deb |

If you know your PIN, then you can use your last name and PIN to log in. You both have the same last name so there is no difference. You can update your information once you've logged in. If you don't know your PIN, you can use the PIN Reminder Feature to get it, however, your PIN is under your husband's email. If you need to get it updated, we can update it to your email and you can then use the PIN Reminder Feature to retrieve your PIN. Thanks, |
